About This Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow/Research Fellow with an interest in emerging mobility, carrying out research and providing project support for The University of Queensland’s Mobility-as-a-Service (Maas) trial, as part of an iMOVE CRC project.
This position is located at our picturesque St Lucia campus, renowned as one of Australia’s most attractive university campuses, and located just 7km from Brisbane’s city centre. Our Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this position you will possess a PhD in the area of transport engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field combined with demonstrated expert knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
You will require experience estimating and analysing statistical models, working with industry and/or government partners, and a strong publication record in high-quality refereed international journals and conferences.
Applicants should also be interested in developing their own research program in the field of emerging mobility, including MaaS, AVs, e-mobility, etc.

What We Can Offer
This is a full-time, fixed term position for 2 years at Academic level A or B, commensurate on experience.
The full-time equivalent base salary for Academic level A will be in the range $88,411 - $94,637, plus super of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be in the range $99,801 - $110,726
The full-time equivalent base salary for Academic level B will be $99,542 plus super of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be $116,465.
