In the Research Department "Grinding Technology", a position as Research Associate (doctoral candidate, m / w / d) on the topic "Production of Grinding Tools" (EntgGr. 13 TV-L, 100%) is to be filled at the earliest possible date. The position is initially limited to two years. An extension to the promotion is provided.

The focus of your research project is the characterization, research and development of grinding wheels. In addition to investigating the influence of the production chain on the application behavior and the properties of the grinding tools, the subject area also includes research into new tool concepts.
