The Tasks Include:

Research in the field of CT focuses on the topics of resolution specification, measurement uncertainty determination on a simulation basis and algorithmic volume data processing. The chair is looking for collaborative projects with contact to industrial and / or university partners scientific staff (m / w / d) to strengthen the working group CT.

Necessary Qualification:

A master's or diploma degree in mechanical engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, mechatronics or other related fields of study with knowledge of metrology and / or X-ray computed tomography with a very good or good overall grade. Following the rules of good scientific practice is a matter of course for you. They speak English or German fluently in speech and writing.

Desirable Qualification:

In addition, you are characterized by commitment, initiative, dedication, teamwork, flexibility, responsibility, reliability and, above all, scientific curiosity. You can develop new knowledge areas independently. Programming skills are an advantage (eg with MATLAB).
