The Lewis Lab is seeking a postdoctoral fellow with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Stem cell biology
Organoid differentiation
Bioprinting
Tissue engineering
The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary research team supported by NIH, DoD, and Wellcome Leap awards. Project goals include:
Developing vascularized cerebral, cardiac, and renal organoids
Fabricating functional organ-specific tissues at scale
Doctorate degree in Materials Science, Bioengineering, or Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine by the start of the appointment
Experience in two or more of these areas: stem cell biology, organoid differentiation, bioprinting, tissue engineering
Strong track record of prior research accomplishments, demonstrated by high-impact publications and/or patents
