Dalian University of Technology's School of Optoelectronic Engineering and Instrumentation Science is looking for Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, and Postdoctoral Fellows for the team led by Professor Tun Cao.
Team Introduction
The "Materials-Structure-Function Integrated Micro-Nano Optoelectronic Technology" team is part of the School of Optoelectronic Engineering and Instrumentation Science at Dalian University of Technology. The academic leader is Professor Tun Cao, who is also the Dean and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the college.

The research focuses on micro-nano materials and technology, optoelectronic device processing, and the control and application of optical/magnetic/acoustic/electric fields. The team possesses experimental platforms for material growth, micro-nano processing, and optical/electrical/physical/chemical performance testing. They have published numerous papers in international journals such as "Advanced Materials," "Physical Review Letters," "PhotoniX," "Light-Science & Applications," "ACS Nano," and "Nano Letters."
To meet the needs of team development, we are now openly recruiting for the positions of associate professors, assistant professors, and postdoctoral fellows.
Positions and Compensation
1. Associate Professor:
Position Requirements:
Outstanding young professionals with demonstrated research achievements and potential for innovation and future development in relevant fields. Generally, candidates should not be over 35 years old.
Salary and Benefits:
6-year contract with a comprehensive salary of 450,000+ CNY per year (excluding research and team performance bonuses).
A settlement allowance of 700,000 CNY (including support from Dalian City).
Research start-up funding of 800,000 CNY (to be used over three years, excluding academic funding).
Doctoral student enrollment slots guaranteed after passing the supervisor accreditation (first year's slot is designated).

3-year contract with a comprehensive salary of 300,000+ CNY per year (excluding research and team performance bonuses).
A settlement allowance of 500,000 CNY (including 300,000 CNY for young talents in Dalian).
Research start-up funding of 100,000 CNY (to be used over three years, excluding academic funding).
Facilities to ensure optimal basic education resources for children's daycare and schooling in Dalian City.
3. Postdoctoral Fellow:
Position Requirements:
Ph.D. degree obtained within the last three years from a well-known university, good health condition, a rigorous research attitude, cooperative team spirit, solid research foundation, and strong scientific research capabilities. Generally, candidates should not be over 30 years old.
