Profile and Experience:

  • You are a Master in industrial sciences or Professional Bachelor Electromechanics with a minimum of 2 years work experience in maintenance.
  • You have relevant practical experience in mechanical applications and (predictive) maintenance.
  • You are willing to professionalize your didactic skills. A diploma of educational competence is a plus.
  • You have coaching skills and can guide students in achieving their Bachelor's competences.
  • You are driven and flexible with a great sense of initiative.
  • You meet the profile of the Thomas More employee .


Content of the Assignment:

  • You provide maintenance techniques, workplace techniques, tool parts, materials science and dynamics within the professional Bachelor's degree program in Electromechanics.
  • You put your shoulders to the development of future-oriented test set-ups in the implementation techniques lab and competence-oriented assignments for students.
  • You can translate your work experience and / or knowledge of the professional field into realistic applications, exercises and practical examples for students. You learn to reflect critically.
  • You participate in internal meetings and you work together with colleagues in a positive working atmosphere.


Offer:

  • Full-time employment as a (practical) lecturer ad interim for 100% from 01-09-2019 up to and including 31-08-2020 with the possibility of extension.
  • Scale: 316 (bachelor's) or 502 (master's)
