JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, e-lessons, practical and laboratory sessions
- Review, design and develop course/subject materials
- Supervise student internships and projects
- Collaborate with industry to enhance students’ learning via field trips and overseas programs
- Provide advice to the diploma student club on student development matters
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification in related built environment disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Facility Management (FM) of buildings, preferably with experience in the planning of preventive, routine and predictive maintenance of building systems
- Have prior experience and in-depth knowledge in building systems integration and optimisation
- Well-verse in local FM, specifically in building-related legislations and authority submissions
- Possess related certification in building systems testing and commissioning, workplace safety and health, and/or building diagnostics
- Competent in planning, managing and developing training programs in building systems maintenance and diagnostics
- Resourceful with passion and genuine interest to share knowledge and interact with youth
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication abilities
- Possess strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve deliverables
