Description

The Pennsylvania State University at Harrisburg, School of Science, Engineering and Technology invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track Assistant Teaching Professor position in Mathematics, effective fall semester 2020. Successful candidates are expected to teach a broad range of undergraduate math and statistics courses, primarily service courses, for a growing and dynamic program. In addition, all full-time faculty are expected to engage in scholarly activities, participate in University/College and professional service activities, and advise undergraduate students. A Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, or Math Education is required. Preference will be given to individuals who have demonstrated commitment to excellence in college teaching and with expertise in statistics, applied mathematics, or mathematics related to data science.
