Responsibilities

  • Develop undergraduate and graduate teaching programs that support diverse learning styles

  • Establish an externally funded research program in structural engineering

  • Mentor graduate students

  • Collaborate with faculty across CAEE and related departments

  • Contribute to service in the university and the broader profession


Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field

  • Commitment to teaching, mentoring, and research excellence

  • Ability to work in an inclusive and collaborative environment
