Track record in research and publications (preferably international)
Teaching experience and ability to manage large courses
Experience abroad (≥1 year outside Czechia/Slovakia)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Dynamic, flexible, and team-oriented personality
Desired Skills and Achievements:
Research in software engineering or related areas
Participation in grant projects or ability to attract funding
Experience in interdisciplinary teams
Structured CV with academic, research, teaching, and grant experience
Ph.D. diploma
Research statement (max 2 pages)
Proposal for course improvements or new courses in software engineering
Title and abstract of a lecture in English for a broad audience
