The Ming Hsieh Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the USC Viterbi School of Engineering seeks outstanding candidates for Research Assistant Professor. This is a full-time, non-tenure track (research) faculty position. This appointment requires a demonstrated capacity for collaborative, interdisciplinary research in magnetic resonance imaging, data sampling and image reconstruction, artifact modeling and correction, and translation to clinical practice. Applicants should have an earned doctorate in electrical engineering or a related discipline, and an established track record of funding and publication appropriate for appointment. Research faculty are not eligible for tenure and have no obligation to teach in the Department. Appointments may be considered for up to three years, subject to renewal upon satisfactory performance and available funding.

The core salary range for this position is $95,000 - $130,000 per year. This is a 12-month full-time position.
