About the Master in Real Estate Development + Design (MRED+D)

The Nancy and Douglas Abbey MRED+D program is a different kind of real estate development program, providing students with strong fundamentals in real estate finance, economics, market analysis, land use, construction, and public-private partnerships, but built around three core pillars of sustainability, social equity, and design. We are training the next generation of socially-conscious and community-oriented developers to be a part of the solution to the grand challenges of our time -- climate change, COVID-19, racial injustice, rising inequality, the affordable housing crisis, and more.
