UCLouvain invites applications for a tenure track or tenured full time position in Civil and Environmental Engineering

UCLouvain is a comprehensive university offering, in the context of the present position, the opportunity of crossdisciplinary research and teaching collaborations with specialists in the field of civil engineering, environmental engineering, architecture, materials and processes, applied mathematics, numerical and computational sciences, energy and thermodynamics, among many others. The position is attached to the Louvain School of Engineering (EPL) and the Institute of Mechanics, Materials and Civil Engineering (iMMC) that offer opportunities for diverse and stimulating teaching as well as an environment to carry out ambitious research.

The Louvain School of Engineering (EPL) is committed to excellence and innovation in education, witnessing constant growth of enrolments in the engineering and doctoral degrees since 10 years. The Institute of Mechanics, Materials and Civil Engineering (iMMC) offers a dynamic, highly collaborative and interdisciplinary research environment involving roughly 30 faculty members, 150 researchers and 50 technical and administrative staff.
